a decidedly Average experience
inadequate room faulty tap
the location was ACCEPTABLE and near various attractions.
The room i secured, a 'classic quadruple room', proved to be inadequate. It lacked sufficient space to comfortably accommodate four adults. furthermore, the bathroom fixtures was worn, while maintenance lagged, i noticed a noticeable delay in addressing a faulty tap.

adequate stay but with issues
outdated room cheap food
the reception staff did make me feel VERY welcome.
The room looked outdated and dirty, a combination i dislike. Breakfast IS awful. It seemed they actively sought the cheapest food. the double room felt smaller THAN expected, barely fitting a queen-size bed.

surprisingly lovely stay
helpful staff great location
the location was great for front access. the buffet breakfast had everything i wanted. the staff were helpful with any query i had (i needed a lot of help).
the entertainment lounge was quite noisy. it was hard to sleep sometimes. i was a couple of floors above it.

the breakfast included bacon, eggs, sausage, and beans (a full english). the dining area was spacious. the staff were efficient in clearing tables. coffee and tea were readily available.

the hotel features on-site parking. i found the entertainment lounge enjoyable. there was easy access to the main attractions. the reception area was well kept and cute.
